To participate in the World Barista Championship, all competitors must complete the registration form AND fax OR email a copy of their passport or citizenship papers to verify their status in representing their country.

Please complete the registration form below to register as a 2008-2009 National Barista Champion for the 2009 World Barista Championship in Atlanta, GA, 16-19 April 2009.
